3 night minimum stay for Premium Dates, Nonrefundable. Premium Date schedule is as follows and will require payment in full 30 days prior to stay:

Cancellations – We understand that things happen, but due to the increased number of last minute cancellations we will be implementing a 30 day cancellation policy for the 2025 season and beyond. If you cancel within 30 days of your first reserved night and we cannot rebook the site you will be charged for the whole stay.
